We are pleased to offer a range of nationally accredited programs aimed at professional development of staff at all levels. Whether to learn new workplace skills, or achieve recognition for achievement gained through workplace experience, these courses facilitate a positive increase in skill and knowledge, as well as providing career opportunities for staff within your organization.

Retail

The National Retail Training System is an industry designed training system, where retailers and employees both benefit from participation - employees gain the skills the retail industry needs, obtain recognition for their achievements, are productive workers as they learn, and get more satisfaction from a professional approach to their work, whilst employers increase staff efficiently through training, retain and grow more talented staff, and create more shoppers into buyers.

Business Administration

The success of the Business Administration program reinforces one of the underlying principles of the National Training Framework: that employers and training providers working as partners create productive, skilled members of the workforce. The competency standards have 7 skill areas that are common across all administrative work areas: (1) information handling, (2) communication, (3) customer service, (4) technology, (5) organizational, (6) teamwork and (7) business financial. This program is suited to any staff performing administrative functions within your organization.

BSB30407 Certificate III in Business Administration

This program is for individuals who perform a variety of key administrative functions within their workplace. Workers will normally be engaged in a workplace in which they perform processes that require a range of well-developed skills where some discretion and judgement is required. They are encouraged to take responsibility for their own outputs in work and learning and take limited responsibility for the output of others. It is suitable for administrative personnel in any industry sector.

Sales

Having a great product is only the starting point in any business. Creating desire for that product with clients is the key to success. Take a proactive approach to develop your sales team to enhance your organization, and reap the benefits.

BSB40607 Certificate IV in Business Sales

This program is for individuals whose primary job function is selling to clients (as distinguished from sales that take place in a retail setting or a business whose principal function is wholesaling). The common business units provide skills relative to the individual's effective contribution to a wider sales team and organisation as a whole, whilst the specialist sales units cover skills and knowledge relevant to the key sales functions within any industry.

Frontline Management

Frontline managers are typically involved in enterprises as co-ordinators, team leaders, supervisors, forepersons, leading hands, project or office managers. They are not usually responsible for managing other managers, but on a daily basis they play a crucial role in co-ordinating and influencing a group of employees. The aim of the frontline management development strategy is to support enterprises to raise their performance by developing the competency of their frontline managers.

BSB40807 Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)

The frontline management strategy differs from traditional management programs because it locates learning in the workplace, which empowers enterprises to make their own decisions about ways to improve frontline management competence. The competencies are grouped around 4 main themes - (1) leading by example, (2) leading, coaching, facilitating & empowering others, (3) creating best practice and (4) creating an innovative culture.

These programs use flexible delivery with a personalised training plan, and consist of workplace contact sessions with a trainer and self-paced learning projects. All programs include resources and materials and are presented by qualified, professional trainers.
