To ensure your training experience with Dynamic Training is a positive one, we promote open communication of information relating to our courses. We have provided the following information to facilitate a clear and open understanding of our ethics and processes, as well as explaining some of the key methods we utilize in the training and learning process.

Flexible Learning

Learning best occurs when the learner is engaged in the learning process. We use only qualified and professional trainers, who know their subject and possess unique abilities to impart this to learners, as well as using progressive and innovative training concepts and methodologies to stimulate and encourage the learning process. All our programs are based around multi-sense learning, which encourage the involvement of as many 'senses' as possible in the learning process, which results in a total learning experience. Formal delivery involves classroom-based delivery. Programs that are delivered in this way are structured to emphasise the practical nature of a subject, thus encouraging active learning. Flexible learning expands choice on what, when, where and how people learn, and supports different styles of learning, where flexibility means anticipating and responding to the ever-changing needs and expectations of clients. Flexible learning is viewed as a holistic approach.

Equal Opportunity

We are committed to the provisions of the Equal Opportunity Act and this is reflected in our vision, mission and values. We will take action to promote equal opportunity, prevent unlawful discrimination, and adopt policies and procedures consistent with equal opportunity and anti-discrimination principles.

Privacy & Confidentiality

By applying to undertake training with us, students give their consent for us to collect and store information relevant to their application and to hold information necessary for administration of training and maintenance of the training record. We collect only what is necessary for the above processes and store all information securely. We make every effort to ensure confidentiality occurs through the collection of information, storage and security of information, access to correction, quality of information and the use and disclosure of information. Only authorised staff can access the information that we hold. Students have complete and unrestricted access to their personal training record, upon request.

General Conditions

Specific entrance criteria and requirements are outlined before commencement. We insure that all training and assessment occurs in accordance with the requirements of the accredited training program. Each program commences with a course induction, which outlines course requirements, format, outcomes and facilities. We aim to make the learning process as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Our facilities are OH&S compliant and equipment used in training is safe, relevant and applicable. Qualifications will be issued once all outstanding payments have been made and all content completed or competencies attained as identified in course outline.

Literacy, Numeracy & Disability

Participants will be informed of specific literacy and numeracy standards before commencement and guided through the process of meeting such standards. Where we cannot fulfill this service, participants will be referred to an appropriate body that can. Participants with disability will be given equal opportunity to undertake a qualification. Flexible learning and assessment strategies will be implemented as appropriate.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) we provide opportunities for recognition of prior learning. This means pathways to gaining qualifications can be formal completion through attendance, participation and assessment, recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), Recognition of Current Competence (RCC) or Credit Transfer, or a combination of both. If you have previous knowledge, experience or education relative to the qualification, you may be eligible for exemptions from parts of the course. We also recognise qualifications awarded by other training providers that fall under the Australian Recognition Framework or contain competencies similar and relevant in nature to those in the enrolled program.

Grievances

We endeavor to deal with grievances in a constructive and timely manner. It is our policy to ensure that each grievance and its outcome is recorded in writing, each appeal is heard by an independent person or panel, each appellant has an opportunity to formally present his or her case and each appellant is given a written statement of the outcomes, including reasons for the decision.
