Occupational Violence

Aggression Management

For organisations where workplace aggression is an issue, many staff may not have the essential skills required to operate safely and professionally in their workplace environment. We are committed to assisting organisations in improving the health and safety of employees, encouraging consultation with key stakeholders to provide positive and effective workplace safety outcomes, and promote prevention as the most effective way to reduce risk in the workplace. Our objective is to present strategies to reduce the threat from occupational violence and ensure consistent procedures in managing conflict and preventing aggression across all workplace environments. A key feature is our ability to customise programs to the specific needs of each client, across the full spectrum of conflict escalation within the workplace environment - conflict management, aggression management and violence resolution. download brochure »
